Jeff and I wanted to say thank you to you and the young man that came to pick up Skipper. Please let him know we said thank you, he was very polite and respectful. And thank you for spending the time with me on the phone. This of course is unbelievably difficult, but you and the staff made it easier. Our other horse is getting long ok, and has formed a three some with our two goats. Nothing will ever be the same, but will be ok.

Tokens of Love:

To our Jack Daniels Pfeiffer:

Jack Daniels was rescued and became a “Pfeiffer” in October of 2008 when he was around 2 years old and immediately found his adorable way into each of our hearts, let his guard down and indulged in his newfound home. Jack was extremely intelligent and acted as if he understood what we said to him. All Jack ever wanted was to be with us and be loved which we all eagerly accommodated. Jack Daniels loved to bark out of the car window at fields of goats and always believed he was much bigger than his 9-pound body. Jack had a way of expressing himself through a look or a stare with his bushy eyebrows adding hilarious accents. Jack Daniels went everywhere with us and adapted to every situation so long as he could just be with us. His love was unconditional and constant as our love was for him. Jack made it so easy to love him and everyone who met Jack fell in love with him. Tim, Rachael and I will forever hold Jack Daniels in our hearts which is exactly where he wanted to be.
