To our Bennie Kendrix:

Bennie was our first long-term family pet that we added in 2005. He loved to sit at the window and scare people and animals walking by. Even though he was a small 15 pound ball of fluff, he tried to act like a tiger and fight every dog he saw. He loves going on car rides and being able to stick his head out of the window. He learned how to use a doggy door and eventually stole bones from the bigger dogs in the house and tried to bring them through unable to fit them. You could hear him in the middle of the night banging the bones on the door. His favorite thing to do was to go on a long walks. He learned what some words meant including "bye-bye", "bath", "walk", "work", "school", "outside", and "hair-cut". Depending on the word, you would either get a happy response or he would go and hide under the bed. Our beloved family member will never be forgotten and will always remain in our hearts.
